Refreshing and fruity, it has a long, lingering finish. CHARDONEL: A fruity, off-dry, full bodied wine that has notes of sour apple and pear. It is a cross between Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc. A single varietal wine. VIDAL BLANC: A French-American hybrid that is a crisp, off-dry wine with hints of peaches and melon. It is light-bodied with a smooth finish. A single varietal wine, CAYUGA WHITE: An American hybrid that is a cross between European Seyval Blanc and a native American vine. It produces a light, crisp wine with a citrus taste.
