WHITE WINES:

CHARDONNAY:   A crisp, dry wine with  delightful pear and apple aromas.  A single varietal wine.

SEYVAL BLANC:  A French-American hybrid that is dry and crisp with a soft but full finish.  Its distinct taste has hints of  grapefruit and lemon.  A single varietal wine.

JOHANNISBERG RIESLING:  A native of Germany, this vinifera is dry with a tart, citrus taste. Refreshing and fruity, it has a long, lingering finish.  

CHARDONEL:  A fruity, off-dry, full bodied wine that has notes of sour apple and pear.  It is a cross between Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc.  A single varietal wine.

VIDAL BLANC:  A French-American hybrid that is a crisp, off-dry wine with hints of peaches and melon.  It is light-bodied with a smooth finish.  A single varietal wine,

CAYUGA WHITE:  An American hybrid that is a cross between European Seyval Blanc and a native American vine.  It produces a light, crisp wine with a citrus taste.  A single varietal wine.

TRAMINETTE:  A French hybrid developed from the vinifera Gewurtztraminer.  It is spicy, and aromatic with a rose petal nose.  It is off-dry and has a delicate finish.  A single varietal wine.

PINOT GRIS:  Dry with a tart, citrus taste and a long, spicy finish.  A single varietal wine.

VIOGNIER:  Planted 2011.
