SPRING CREEK WINE CELLAR (SCWC)

RED WINES:

                 

CHAMBOURCIN:  A French hybrid with a medium body, it has a vibrant ruby red color with dark cherry flavors and rich earth characters.  Light and dry, it is low in tannins with a long finish.  A single varietal wine.

CHANCELLOR:  A red dinner wine, that is velvety dark in color.  It is well-balanced and has a fruity bouquet with a gentle flavor of plum. It produces a wine that is tannic and has a rich body.  A single varietal wine.

CABERNET FRANC:  A taste of plum with tannis that are soft and gentle. .  A single varietal wine. SOLD OUT.

MERLOT:  Smooth and mellow with tastes of plum and cherry.   A single varietal wine.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON: Mellow and mild with black cherry and currant notes and a peppery finish. A single varietal wine.SOLD OUT

MARÉCHAL FOCH:  Vibrant, deep purple color.  A light medium structure with Damson plum and currant characteristics.  A single varietal wine.SOLD OUT.
